With a career in the industry dating back to 2007, Bradley brings over 15 years of expertise in designing outdoor lighting systems and maintaining high-quality irrigation. Bradley’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made Memphis Irrigation and Lighting a trusted name in the Mid-South. Beyond his work, he is a devoted family man with four children and a deep love for the outdoors. When Brad is not helping clients enhance their landscapes, he enjoys spending time with his family, making memories at the lake, and cheering on his oldest daughter in her softball endeavors.

Will Upton is the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Memphis Irrigation and Lighting Co. Will has created a knowledge of expertise within the irrigation industry because of his experiences as Founder of RainMan Irrigation, Regional Sales Manager at TruGreen Irrigation, and Business to Business Director at Rachio Pro. In these roles, Will gained a large spread knowledge of management, operations, training, development, and expansion while holding relationships with his customers as his first priority. Will has been a part of many different aspects of building and maintaining companies to reach their full potential. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, watching motocross racing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
